Hello, everyone,
I've heard Catalyst2960 supports IP unicast routing from IOS release version 12.2(55) and above.
How many active SVI interface can I have on the switch?
URL for reference

Usually there is no hard and fast rule on this one. Each SVI uses a little of the switches memory. So it depends on memory constraints which depend on the configuration of the switch, load etc.
Also note in the config guide it only supports default and staic routes (max. 16).

Hi,
I am not quite sure of the total number, although I think it is from 1-4094. You can try the following and check:
conf t
int vlan ?
<1 - 4094>
I do have a 2960S switch where i do have 16 SVIs active, so it rules out the doubt if only 1 SVI would be active at a time on a 2960S.
I would also like to add a note here on the max no of static routes: 16 static routes would be supported
Hope this helps.
Thank you.
Cheers!
