iprouting.iosproc process going high after 2 hours in WS-C6509-E ( WS-SUP720-3B)

hi All,

 

We observed a CPU spike after every 2 hours in core switch. During the high utilization, iprouting.iosproc  is going high, we are running with s72033-advipservicesk9_wan-vz.122-33.SXI1.bin

Does any one know what will be the trigger for high utilization for iprouting.iosproc process

and the detailed output as below,

I have this problem too, some advice? I saw you had this problem 8 months ago, did you found the solution?
