I think, you will be fine with 1Gig uplink, even if it is 16mb 20x16=320mb

Hi,
HD channels usually take up to 5Mbps. So 20x5=100Mbps on the uplink. This is if all 20 clients are using IPTV at the same time and all are HD. So, 1Gig uplink should be sufficient.

actually when i contact with IPTV provider they told me HD channel require 16 Mbps
and when i search on the internet i found it's between 8 and 10 Mbps
and you told me usually take up to 5 Mbps
so i'm so confused about this matter :/
and if the Uplink sufficient or no
can you please understand me and help me with more information

The other thing I forgot to mention earlier is that with IPTV, you usually run Multicast. So, it is one stream to many and not one to one like unicast.
So you should be fine.
