IPV6 line vty

We are planning to protect line vty (Management plane) for IPV6 traffic in the nexus box .I have already read something about IOS-XE and IOS-XR.

IOS-XE ->One ACL for IPv4 and one ACL for IPv6, which cannot share the same name.

IOS-XR ->One ACL for IPv4 and one ACL for IPv6, which must share the same name.

Is there any restriction in the nexus box while applying IPV4 & IPV6 ACL together on the line vty session ?Can I use same name or diff name for ACL ?

Not that i am aware of any issue.
