Is DNA Advantage License included into C9500-24Y4C-A or it should be purchased separately ?!

I am confused because there are C9500-24Y4C-A as well as C9500-24Y4C-E , as I understand its the same hardware with only difference in included license ?!

-E means Network Essentials.  

-A means Network Advantage. 

The "essentials" is the most-basic license.  Nothing else is below that. Next one up is Advantage.  And the next DLC is "Expansion Pack".
