Is it necessary to follow upgrade path for CBS350-24FP-4G 24-Port Giga

I have above firmware which is 3.2.089

Can I directly upgrade to 3.4.0.17 
Is it fine to upgrade? or should I go for first 3.3.0.16

Hello!

You can upgrade directly. Note:
If upgrading from any firmware below 3.2.0.84 to 3.2.0.84 or greater, note that the firmware upgrade process may take approximately 15 minutes to complete. During this time, the switch may not show any activity. As part of the upgrade process,  witch may reboot couple of times. Interrupting the upgrade process may result in permanent damage to the switch and make it unusable
