Is it possible to extend PoE Budget for switch with higher wattage PS?

Consider the C9300-48P, it lists its max poe output at 437W. Is it possible to extend this limit with a higher wattage power supply, like the 1100WAC? I am trying to understand why offer the 1100WAC option, if there is still the hard limit on the over all budget? 

With that, you would only be able to get ~13-14 devices powered 802.3at POE+ (~30W) before you would hit the switch limit and still be consuming less than 50% of the overall 715WAC power supply.

Not sure what device you looking to connect which draw 100% 30W each device is this PoE++ ?

Look at the simple chart PoE if you add 1100 single PSU :

Switch come with default power supply, Switch required some power, rest will be provided to PoE - is this what you looking ?

No not quite. I understand there are 2 power supplies the C9300-48P that can be selected at time of purchase (715WAC, 1100WAC). I am trying to understand if you can extend the max PoE budget of this switch by using a 1100WAC power supply instead of the 715WAC default option. Datasheets have the max PoE budget for this switch listed at 437W, which seems low. I am wondering if you can go beyond this by using a higher watt power supply. There are some switches cisco offers that does allow you extend the PoE budget with a bigger power supply, I am wondering if the 9300-48P is one of those. I can't find anything in the documentation that explicitly says if this is possible or not.
