Is QSFP-40G-SR4 compatible with Dell 407-BBOZ 40GBaseSR QSFP+

I'm trying to connect a Dell S4048-ON switch to a Cisco N9K-93180YC-EX using QSFP+

The 40GbE option for the Dell switch is 407-BBOZ. This hot-pluggable transceiver with QSFP+ (Quad Form Factor Pluggable) footprint features a MPO-12 connector. The Dell networking 40GBaseSR QSFP+ transceiver provides 40GbE connectivity up to 100-150 m . 

Would the Cisco QSFP-40G-SR4 be compatible?

Cisco refers to the IEEE 40GBASE-SR4 standard

The Dell info does not mention IEEE standard, but Dell support should be able to answer this question
