My question is if serial 1 and 2 are subinterfaces or hey are actual physical interfaces.

Mahesh,
Your serial interfaces are what I explained above, and the T0/1/0 and T0/1/1 are the same serial card, but different ports on the same card.

No, those are serial interfaces:
Serial 0/1/0:0
Serial 0/1/1:0
There is 1 serial card 0/1 and two ports 0:0 and 1:0.
The ":0" is the group that they belong to. If you look on the router, you'll probably see something like:
controller t1 0/0
channel-group 0 timeslots 1 - 24
controller t1 0/1
channel-group 0 timeslots 1 - 24
The "channel-group" number is appended to the card identifier to show you what group it's a member of.

In your original post are these lines:

and they belong to these T1 controllers:

correct me if i am wrong
so this means we have one serial card se0/1 and it has 2 slots 0:0 and 1:0
and T1 0/1/0 is same as Serial0/1/0:0
