Is there a way to disable ISE logging on the switch when connected? If I'm connected to it or remotely connected and enable term mon, the cli constantly fills up making it difficult to work. Any suggestion?
Example -

I agree that term no mon is the way to turn off logging monitor messages. But term mon is not enabled by default. The user has to use the terminal monitor command (or its abbreviation) to see the log messages. If he has turned it on then telling how to turn off the messages may not be the kind of advice the original poster is looking for. I am guessing that he wants to see some log messages but not the ones generated by ISE.
One potential approach would be to change the logging severity level for logging monitor messages so that it does not include the ISE messages. But that probably would exclude other logging messages that the original poster does want to see. I am not sure if there is any way to change the severity level of the ISE messages but if so that would seem to be what the original poster is looking for.

apparently you enabled logging yourself as you wrote " and enable term mon"
-> do not do this in a session when you do not want logging on your terminal
