[ISR router] System restarted time different every show version.

Hi all. 

I found a some strange thing on the ISR router.

Each time I command show version, router output 'System restarted at 09:29:03' or '09:29:04'.

please let me know what happened?

Do you have an NTP server you are getting time from? Is it configured correctly and working?
