Hi Team,
I have a cisco isr4431 router running with "isr4400-universalk9.03.13.04.S.154-3.S4-ext.SPA.bin"version where i can observe below error.

also in same device one of the powersupply showing as failed .
P0 PWR-4430-AC ps, fail 41w0d
P1 PWR-4430-AC ok 41w0d
Please suggest on the above and let me know if any bug is hitting on the IOS.
