Issue adding 3850 to stack.

I tried to change the switch but switch is in a boot loop and this is what I saw in console:

   - Presuming a bug , make sure both stack members run recent software version and or advisory release

Take that switch off the stack. 

Console into the switch and reboot. 
Post the entire bootup process.
