Hi,
So the port never goes to forwarding state?
Can you enable port fast on interface g0/8 and test again?
Below are there correct states when port fast is not enabled:
*Mar 1 00:10:55.267: %SPANTREE-6-PORT_STATE: Port Gi1/0/47 instance 1 moving from disabled to blocking
*Mar 1 00:10:55.267: %SPANTREE-6-PORT_STATE: Port Gi1/0/47 instance 1 moving from blocking to listening
*Mar 1 00:10:57.255: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface GigabitEthernet1/0/47, changed state to up
*Mar 1 00:10:57.264: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface GigabitEthernet1/0/47, changed state to up
*Mar 1 00:11:10.274: %SPANTREE-6-PORT_STATE: Port Gi1/0/47 instance 1 moving from listening to learning
*Mar 1 00:11:25.282: %SPANTREE-6-PORT_STATE: Port Gi1/0/47 instance 1 moving from learning to forwarding
*Mar 1 00:11:25.298: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface Vlan1, changed state to up

Hi,
Have you replaced the cable?
What if you connect port g0/8 to a different device (PC/Laptop)?

Hi Mariana,
Is this the only bad port on the switch?
What happens when you use other ports on the same switch?
Are all the other ports functioning correctly?

Sounds like you have some sort of hardware issue.
Open a ticket with TAC. If loading a different IOS does not help, you may have to RMA it.

Hi, Reza
Look this, I connected the printer in other Switch and the status is the same. The connectivity can't be established.
And in the same switch I probed with the Vlan 1 and can't established connectivity with the printer.
I do not but, I think that the issue is for something in the LAN, some configuration I don't know.
Thanks.
I hope you helps.

Hi Reza,
No, the port never goes to forwarding state and never UP.
Yes, I going to configure the port fast on interface.
This show I see in another interface, but not on interface where I connect the printer.
I waiting any comment.
Thanks
