issue with HP LaserJet 4250??

I am trying to use HP LaserJet 4250 connected to a Catalyst 3560. The LaserJet gets an IP and functions fine for up to a few hours and then suddenly its ip will drop and the connection is lost. Are there any known incompatabilities? Thanks.

Cisco Catalyst 3560 have 24 10/100 PoE and 2 SFP Enhanced ImageGeneralDevice.

Verify that the speed/duplex settings are hard set on the printer and switch.

Is the switchport seeing errors? Are you seeing an unusually high traffic load when you do a show interface on the port that the printer is connected to?
