L2 Switch MAC table

hello guys, there is one scenario where i am stuck.

We have extended cable from ISP's MUX to port 5 of L2 switch. i have created vlan 10 on switch and port 5 is member of it. when i pinged next hop it is not working. then I checked with ISP, they said mac address is not learned from switch end. so for further TS i connected laptop to same switch port and i asked ISP to check, then they confirmed mac address is visible , but when i revert and connect to switch same issue.
But on same port 5 of switch i ran command show mac address table int gi1/0/5 i can see mac address. i have asked ISP to confirm which device mac address we are learning(should be of mux.)

Anything more we have to check at switch level. ?

First please close previous two post.

Now for this since pc is send mac and switch not.

Only try ping from SW using vlan10 svi  as source.

Some questions to give a better understanding of the scenario.
Where are you pinging from?
Is that device also on a port assigned to vlan10, or are you routing the trafik?
What status is port 5 when connected to the MUX? Does it negotiate to the right speed and duplex?
A simple drawing of the intended topology would also be useful.

Where are you pinging from - pinging next hop from firewall.

Is that device also on a port assigned to vlan10, :- yes in diagram both ports 5 and 6 are members of vlan 10

What status is port 5 when connected to the MUX? Does it negotiate to the right speed and duplex?:- Yes port is up and negotiate correct speed and duplex
