L2TPv3 over shdsl connection

I need to connect multiple site with point-to-point connections over 2 or 4 wires with shdsl tecnology.

My goal is the transport of L2 frames and (2 or more Vlans) through this shdsl/atm connection.

Could you tell me if I can use L2TPv3 or alternative tecnology in this design?  Could I use ISR routers like 1900 and 2900 series?

Is the interface connected to the network you want to tunnel an SDHL/ATM interface?

If it is just a LAN/Ethernet interface and you are connecting to your provider via SDHL then you simply configure the xconnect on the ethernet interface and it should be completely independent of the WAN media/connectivity.
