Hi,
Would like to know what is the Cisco recommended method of load balancing between a single server and a 3750 switch, src mac, dst mac, src ip dst ip? Most communication will be between the one server and many hosts on the network.
Thank you.

Patrick.
On the switch side of the LACP bundle it would
probably be best to use source mac as this should
spread the outgoing packets across the interfaces.
Coming towards thge switch from the server will
be in the servers configuration.
This section of the config guide explains the options.
The drawing on "Figure 36-5" shows similar except it
is a router at the other end of the LACP bundle.
Regards,
Alex.

Pat,
Alex provided a good link that explains all different scenarios.
On the 3750s, the default is source-dest MAC. So, default should do the job for you.
