We have deployed recently the image 15.0.2-SE8 on a Switch 2960S which is connected to an ASA 5515-X (9.3(3)) via two physical ports bundled in an LACP Etherchannel. The LACP Etherchannel was fully functional under the version 15.0.2-SE4.
When the switch came up with 15.0.2-SE8, we had lost the LACP Etherchannel to the ASA.
As soon as we downgraded to the image 15.0.2-SE4 (the initial image before upgrade) the LACP came back.
This suggests that there is an issue or bug on 15.0.2-SE8 version under some conditions.
Any thoughts/comments will be much appreciated !
Thank you,

I would defiantly open a ticket with TAC on this, as LACP is a very simple feature and functionality of the switch and it should simply work regardless of what IOS you deploy.

Did you see anything in logs?
Also check the below to ensure both side is operating on same lacp parameter(lacp rate fast or normal), eventhough it is not mandatory to bring them up.

sh lacp neighbor detail
