All,
We are connecting 6509 hybrid mode to aother device with a six ports LACP trunk allowing VLAN101. The LACP is up on both side of the channel. We passed traffic with mixed MAC src and dst addresses. But we found traffic was out of 6509 only on one port, and the device on the order side can pretty much balance the traffic.
I configured 6509 to use mac both hashing, and I am very sure the traffic has a wide range of source and destination MAC addresses. Below is the LACP config:
set channelprotocol lacp 2
set port lacp-channel 2/1-6 3
set port lacp-channel 2/1-6 mode active
set port channel all distribution mac both
Can anyon tell me why traffic is only on one port out of 6509? Did I miss anything other than LACP configuation?
Thanks,
Li

Hi,
Your config looks fine. Can you provide the output of the following command?
show lacp-channel traffic
