We have a couple of 4500 chassis (Supervisor 6L-E) that were ordered some time ago with the LAN-BASE feature set. I thought at the time that EIGRP stub was or would eventually be enabled in LAN-BASE. Now that I'd like to use this feature, I see it looks like that is not the case, because it looks like the Cisco docs say you need IP-BASE to get EIGRP stub routing.
Q1) Do I need IP-BASE to do EIGRP stub?
Q2) Do I need a license to upgrade LAN-BASE to IP-BASE?
Q3) In the download area, in addition to LAN-BASE, IP-BASE, I see "IP BASE UPGRADE". What is that?
