Layer 2 Etherchannel between ISR4431 and 3750 Switch Stack

I am seeking the best way to create an L2 Etherchannel between ISR 4431 and 3750 stack.  ISR4431 router ports do not support L2 and NIM-ES2-4 module does not support Etherchannel (cannot believe this).  Need to replace current 3954E w/ ESM installed with ISR4431.

Current topology: ISR3945E >> 16 Port ESM >> Etherchannel to 3750 Stack

Is there a way?

you can use L3 Etherchannel

I am awaiting one more product development resource to get back to me and verify that this module is not capable of L2 EtherChannel.  If not, then I will have to redesign.  Seems this is a fairly fundamental feature and other larger NIMs for 4000 Series ISRs do support it.

Thanks for feedback.
