Layer 2 Filtering between sites

We have a new layer 2 ELAN network between 3 of our sites.  Ultimately I will need to pass all traffic on VLAN 13 between the sites using this layer 2 network.  With all other VLAN traffic traversing our MPLS network between sites.

However, initially I have been asked to set up ELAN traffic to one specific device within VLAN 13 at each location to test the new ELAN network without any risk to all other devices within that vlan.

My initial method was to set up a layer 3 transit vlan SVI interface at each site, with each SVI interface IPed in the 10.150.150.0 /29 subnet and thus use layer 3 routing between the sites.  But now think a pure layer 2 network that uses trunking between the sites will be easier.

So, for test purposes how would I limit traffic over the elan network simply to one specific device at each location, ensuring those devices use the new ELAN network?

Attached is a diagram illustrating the topology...ELAN Layer 2 Topology.jpg

So, in this case, you can only add vlan 13 to all trunk ports between the sites with an SVI in one of the location. That way only vlan 13 spans on all locations and the rest of the vlans use your MPLS network.
