Layer 3 Redundancy

I am looking for Layer 3 redundancy for my design and I am not sure about how to set it up. I think based on my current design I will have to use OSPF costing to ensure that the primary link is always primary. I dont see a way of using HSRP since the connections that are coming in to each router reside on separate routers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please see attached diagram.

Thanks,

Desmond

OSPF should work fine. By default, since your primary circuit has higher bandwidth (3mb) and lower cost, it will the primary interface.  The T1 will be the backup interface sine it will have higher cost (64).
