licence upgrade process 4500x

I want to upgrade 4500x from ip services to

Enterprise.After getting license how it is processed.Any action through internet required or just  flash ios

I prefer downloading license from cisco and uploading via ftp/tftp to flash, then installing on the switch. You can follow instructions when you go to http://cisco.com/go/license
