Wich functionality i lost after the 3 years subscription of the DNA Essentials licence ? Layer 3 functionality like routing still remain ?
Reading the datasheets :
The base licensing package includes the Network Essentials and Network Advantage licensing options that are
tied to the hardware. Between them, the base licensing packages cover switching fundamentals, management
automation, troubleshooting, and advanced switching features. These base licenses are perpetual.
but is not specified what is the network essentials license

Essential Perpetual
If you do not have DNAC then you do not need to have DNAC License.
If you looking Full Blown Routing Functionality Cat 9300 is good model depends on budget.
Cat 9200 is good for Layer 2 and some static and dynamic routing.

Wich Cisco series are good layer 3 switch still in sales, only routing functionalities are necessary ? i know 9200 and CB350

You'll only lose specific features tied to the DNA portion of the license found here: https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/global/da_dk/assets/training/seminaria-materials/Licenses-Networking-for-everybody-with-DNA.pdf
Go to page 5 and anything under perpetual will stay depending on the the initial license you bought. Anything in green (DNA) will expire.
