License issues on the me3600x

can someone please advice as to how to resolve a licesing issue

presently i have a 10Ge upgrade license and the advanced metro license for a me3600x device - however i need to upgrade my version of code to 15.3.1S1 due to the BGP 32 bit support issue.

I have managed to upgrade my IOS however now the license that was valid on the 122.44 SE6 version of code does not seem to be working on this new version of 15.1.S1 code-

Can someone please advice as to how i should go about this as purchasing a new licesnse does not make sense for an IOS upgrade ?

Hi,

The IOS upgrade should not effect your license level no matter what IOS you are using. Talk to you Cisco SE or open a ticket with TAC to address the issue.
