Licenses Catalyst 9200

Catalyst 9200 Series has Fixed and Modular model. Fixed Models only support 1 VRF which is Management VRF we can’t use that other than management purpose. On Purchasing License of 9200L, can provide VRF extends or not??? Is it hardware limitation??

Catalyst 9200 non-fixed models could also be an alternative as they support 4 VRFs (3 custom, 1 management).
