Licensing at CISCO IOS Gibraltar

In the network that I recently started serving, there are quite a few switches with an old version of IOS.

Switch Ports Model SW Version SW Image Mode
------ ----- ----- ---------- ---------- ----

1 28 WS-C3650-24PD 06.03.04.E cat3k_caa-universalk9 INSTALL

I started updating to the version

Switch Ports Model SW Version SW Image Mode
------ ----- ----- ---------- ---------- ----
1 28 WS-C3650-24PD 16.12.4 CAT3K_CAA-UNIVERSALK9 INSTALL

After the update, I noticed that the licensing type changed to SMART and a trial period counter appeared.

Technology Package License Information:

-------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------
Technology-package Technology-package
Current Type Next reboot
-------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------
lanbasek9 Smart License lanbasek9
None Subscription Smart License None

Smart Licensing Status: UNRATED / EVAL MODE

Before the update, the following was

License Count: Non-Counted

With IOS version 03.06.04.E, I could switch licenses from lanbase to ipservices or ipbase. I noticed that if you update a switch with a lanbase license, then the new IOS 16.12.4 will also have lanbasek9, if the old one has a different license (ipbase) then the new one will have the same license. The actual questions:

1. What happens after the trial period expires and the device is still in the UNRregistered status? (I read that the status will be EVAL EXPIRY, but the functionality will remain)

License Authorization:
Status: EVAL MODE
Evaluation Period Remaining: 87 days, 1 hours, 40 minutes, 30 seconds

2. What happens after 345 days from the date of the update? (Will it turn out "Brick")

3.With what license will the hardware remain after 90 days / 1 year if after the upgrade, there are different licenses on board (lanbase, ipservices, ipbase)?

4. Is it possible to switch from one license to another in the new version?

switch # license right-to-use activate?

apcount
ipbase
ipservices
lanbase

5. What you need to authorize the device in the Smart account. (UDI, Serial Number, Part Number)? And do I need to authorize it at all if the license type is lanbase? (There is a smart account, as far as I know, all equipment was purchased from Cisco or from official suppliers, though back in 2016)
6.If all switches were purchased with the right to use, can this perpetual license be converted to Smart and added to my account?

I know you have difficulties after upgrade it was not activated as permenant.

But good you have 90days time, the device still work as expected.
