Licensing on 9200 switch

We purchase a C9200L-24P-4G-A switch along with a DNA advantage license. As it seems, the license has expired by now:

Some quesions come into mind:

What happens if I reboot the switch? Will the CLI still work? Will network traffic still work?
How can i install the license without Smart licensing (IOS 16.9.3)? There is no internet connection available.
We dont use DNA Center, and have no intentions of ever using it. Can we just ignore the purchased license? As far as i understood, it is mandatory to purchase a DNA license along with the switch.

There are two components to deal with: Network and DNAC.

If you're not using DNAC then don't worry about it.

Now for Network, the current regime will just nag you (spam your logs) when the license expires. All functionality will still work.

Don't worry about this for now. It is not as if you purchased the switch from a shonky reseller.

Whether you have or plan-to-use DNAC (or not), everyone who buys anything from Cisco will pay for the DNAC "tax".

There is no way to avoid it.
