Lifetime on local username

I make some research without success concerning my question.

Do you know if it is possible  to use lifetime, warntime or gracetime option on local username on Catalyst series?

I know it is possible on Nexus ( except user admin).

AFAIK, this is not possible. I have never come across it and have never read and references to it being possible
