Limiting Bandwidth on Layer 2 interface

Hi ,

 

We have a new C9300-48-UXM-A switch configured as Layer 2.

 

We have a testing device which uses 4 Mbps only, connecting to C9300 switch. Need help on how to limit bandwidth to 4 Mbps on this interface.
