LMS 2.6 Packages for RME 4.0.6

Hello,

There is LMS 2.6 with RME 4.0.6.

We've devided to install CBS3000.RME40.v4-2.zip for the HP blade 3020.

According to the documentation this package has several dependancies.

I can not find the file SharedInventoryStack.RME40.v1-2-1.zip

And for the SharedSwimIOS.RME40.v1-11-7.zip package SharedSwimRtr800.vRME40.v1-6.zip should be installed first.

But in the doc for the SharedSwimRtr800.vRME40.v1-6.zip I see that it is dependent from SharedSwimIOS.RME40.v1-11-7.zip.

Which of these files should be installed first?

And where can i find SharedInventoryStack.RME40.v1-2-1.zip
