Dear , I had a small flashing on my computer Catalyst 4500 L3. In reviewing the log , I throw the following:
PIM -5 - NBRCHG : 10.11.6.3 neighbor on interface Vlan2106 non DOWN DR. Any idea what is this log ?

The message is stating that the PIM adjacency has failed with 10.11.6.3 caused by the prediodic hellos not being recieved.

I'll assume if you are seeing it a lot then it means the adjacency is also coming back up, so you hav e a flap condition. The may be caused by the link which carries VLAN2106 being overloaded. If PIM is being used, perhaps configure QoS to protect your routing taffic from being dropped.

If not, then consider disabling PIM on your SVI.
