Hello Friends
I have a question, is there any way to configure (logging or snmp on) the router so it can send all the typed cmd to syslog sever?

There is a way to do that using the EEM script. A very good example can be seen in Ivan Pepelnyak blog:

For syslog server, another easy way is some third party softwares also is there like... kiwi syslog server.........
