Looking to change management and native VLAN - Port-channels?

I'm looking at a way to change native and management VLANs. What would be the best way to change it, especially in an environment with port channels and trunks?

Hmm, don't believe port channel, except, possibly, on some very old switches, matters.

When changing VLANs on trunks, depending on what's actually being changed, keep in mind you're likely to break some VLAN connectivity between switches while making the changes, which will remain broken (hopefully and only) until both sides are reconfigured.  Due to both sides of a link needing reconfiguration, also keep in mind, once you change the "far side", you might lose device access, until "near side" agrees.

why you need to change the native VLAN ?
