Hi,

MAC Address Filtering and MAC Based Access List features support starts only since 12.2(50)SG IOS release for Cat4948. Please see the document beneath:

Best regards,

Antonin

Hi,

Upgraded the switch to cat4500-entservicesk9-mz.150-2.SG10.bin, but still the mac address is not working on the switch.

Any suggestions please

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. I am sure you understand that MAC ACL can be used to filter non-IP traffic only. This configuration can interfere with other features. Have you configured any VACL? Can you please post the full config of your Gi1/7 interface?

Thanks & Regards,

Antonin
