We purchase a switch 2960-X and in his back there is a MAC address !
My question :is this Mac a virtual MAC or is linked of a specific port of the switch ?
just to understand :)

Hi, the 2960 is a managed switch and so you can configure an IP. Tipically the IP is assigned to an interface vlan layer 3, the "interface vlan 1" but can be changed.
This is the reason of a mac-address.

The mac address is a logical resource. You can configure a management IP on a logical "interface vlan 1" and assign this vlan on all ports of the switch.
The 2960 is a switch, so the mac cannot be assigned to a phisical interface.
The ethernet frame with this "source mac" will be forwarded on all interface of the switch.
Regards.
