Hello,

I'm trying to figure out why Avaya Phones and PC's are showing up as both statically and dynamically learned. We do not have any mac addresses statically configured.

Here is the output of a few ports.

Cisco9300# show mac address-table int Gi8/0/30
Mac Address Table
-------------------------------------------

Vlan Mac Address Type Ports
---- ----------- -------- -----
4023 7c57.581c.1302 STATIC Gi8/0/30
4023 8483.7189.60b2 STATIC Gi8/0/30
4033 8483.7189.60b2 DYNAMIC Gi8/0/30
---

Cisco9300# show mac address-table int Gi4/0/19
Mac Address Table
-------------------------------------------

Vlan Mac Address Type Ports
---- ----------- -------- -----
4023 3475.c7e9.9b46 STATIC Gi4/0/19
4023 f439.091b.f0cc STATIC Gi4/0/19
4033 3475.c7e9.9b46 DYNAMIC Gi4/0/19

---

Cisco9300# show run | inc mac
