MAC Addressing Filtering

I have setup a basic MAC addressing system on my Cisco Aironet 1140. I am wanting to send a message to new users when they try to connect to the AP. Is this possible?

What has the mac -address filtering got to do with client sta connectivity? 

What kind of message would you like your users to  receive?

I am wanting to give them instructions on how to connect to the network. I
have setup the MAC address filtering so only select users can access. I
want the message to say ‘please email ... with your MAC address to access
the network’. I hope that makes sense
