Hi Visha.
Hi Vishal,
It is like the all vlans are allowed through the specific trunk port and are in vlan management domain.
Cat3550#show interfaces trunk Port Mode Encapsulation Status Native vlan Gi0/1 desirable 802.1q trunking 1 Gi0/2 desirable 802.1q trunking 1 Port Vlans allowed on trunk Gi0/1 1-4094 Gi0/2 1-4094 Port Vlans allowed and active in management domain Gi0/1 1-3,10 Gi0/2 1-3,10 Port Vlans in spanning tree forwarding state and not pruned Gi0/1 1-3,10 Gi0/2 1-3,10

Management domain means VTP domain. A VTP domain (also called a VLAN management domain).
In below example, vlans (1,13,23,37,51,146): is allow "AND ACTIVE" in Management (VTP) domain
SW3#show trunk inter
Port Mode Encapsulation Status Native vlan
Gi0/1 auto n-802.1q trunking 1
Gi0/2 auto n-802.1q trunking 1
Port Vlans allowed on trunk
Gi0/1 1-4094
Gi0/2 1-4094
Port Vlans allowed and active in management domain
Gi0/1 1,13,23,37,51,146
Gi0/2 1,13,23,37,51,146
Port Vlans in spanning tree forwarding state and not pruned
Gi0/1 1,13,23,37,51,146
Gi0/2 none

Hello
On a side note:
If a vlan is allowed on the trunk (then its not being manually prunned) and its active in mgt domain but it isn't seen in vlan spanning-tree forwarding, this means vtp is enabled and has dynamically pruned it from the trunk
Example:
Port Vlans allowed on trunk
Gi0/1 13
Port Vlans allowed and active in management domain
Gi0/1 13
Port Vlans in spanning tree forwarding state and not pruned
Gi0/1
