MEM-XCEF720-256M

During the process of delivering  the cisco 6509-E switch to the customer, they asked me to show them the Catalyst 6500 256MB DDR, xCEF720 (67xx interface, DFC3A) memory, which is included by default, on the switch. i tried to see it on the sup engine, but i can't get it. So please help me on locating this memory module on the switch or command to verify that?

Thank you in advance

Hi,

Here is the doc shows you where the memory physical located in the card.

You can also use remote command module x show ver to check the memory size.
