Hi,
What's the best approach to merge two seperate switch stacks? For some strange reason we have two 3750 stacks (2 switches in each stack) which are connected using a trunk (all vlans allowed) via one ethernet cable. My initial thoughts were to create a LACP cross stack etherchannel to connect the two stacks and provide redundancy but I think a better option would be to just merge the two stacks together. The configs of each stack are the same apart from the vlans. The stacks just provide layer 2 connectivity for certain devices.
Many Thanks
Darren

HI,
Have you tried using the stackwise cable with the 3750 to merge them to one. Not sure if you have it setup that way or not. Any reason why you have them connected via ethernet cable and not a fiber uplink. Just asking.
