I have a server cluster in a 2960 switch which is connected to a cisco 4507 switch. I added static ARP and CAM entries for the virtual MAC and IP of NLB. I was now able to reach the virtual interface from the 2960 but its not working from other access switches and the L3 switch. Does the L3 switch require any config so that the virtual ip is reachable from outside LAN?

You'll need to add the ARP entry to the router/L3 switch (whatever the default gateway is for these NLB servers) assuming you are using IGMP Multicast NLB.

Thanks Dave.
The default gateway of the server is an L3 switch and I added an ARP entry for the virtual IP. Now I am able to ping the virtual IP but not from the WAN router or any other switch connected to the L3 switch.
Yes, Im using Muticast NLB.
Thanks
