Migrate from Network Essential to Network Advantage

I have 2 cisco C9500 that have Network Essential and 3 years DNA Essential licenses.

I want to configure Stackwise virtual, so it is needed to have Network Advantage. We don't want to use any of the DNA Essentials o Advantage features.

So, to upgrade from Network Essential to  Network advantage is it mandatory to buy Network Advantage & DNA Advantage licenses ? Is it possible just to add the command below as mentioned this link ?: 

   license right-to-use activate network-advantage slot switch-ID acceptEULA

yes adding network advantage License as you mentioned command help you to build the SVL

But coming to compliance you need to have valid License to use network advantage License (so you need to buy)

if you are not using DNAC - i will ignore DNA advantage License for now.

right to use evaluation :

• Evaluation licenses—Pre-installed on the switch and is valid for only a 90 day in-use period.
