Missing logout button on web console dashboard when firmware updated

Cisco switch catalyst 2960-X   firmware updated from 15.2(2)E4  to 15.2.(7)E8  but on the dashboard there is lot of html tags  and logout button is missing. Downloaded firmware from cisco site is c2960x-universalk9-tar.152-7.e8.tar .Is there any bug in firmware ? Related screenshot and firmware is attached herewith.

  It can always be a bug but I believe you can try a few thing like use another browser, user this browser in incognito and try to clear browser data and cook.

The solution which you have listed didn't work in my case, please suggest other solution.
