mls qos trust command does not work

Folks,

          I have a 3560 and when I try the "mls qos trust cos" command under the port channel interface it does not work. Any ideas?

The command does work under the indiviual interfaces but not under the port channel interface.

cat3560(config)#int port-channel 1

cat3560(config-if)#mls qos ?

% Unrecognized command

cat3560(config-if)#mls qos

cat3560(config)#int gig 0/1

cat3560(config-if)#mls qos tr

cat3560(config-if)#mls qos trust dscp

Any help would be highly appreciated.
