module 1 & 4 errors.

Hi Friends,

I have the problem description like

Jun 13 04:32:46 gmt: %PM_SCP-SP-2-LCP_FW_ERR_INFORM: Module 4 is experiencing the following error: Port #2 transient TX_Pb error

Jun 13 04:32:51 gmt: %PM_SCP-SP-2-LCP_FW_ERR_INFORM: Module 4 is experiencing the following error: Port #17 transient TX_Pb error

Jun 13 04:32:58 gmt: %PM_SCP-SP-2-LCP_FW_ERR_INFORM: Module 4 is experiencing the following error: Port #17 transient TX_Pb error

Hi,

The line care firmware detected an error condition. The supervisor engine is being informed of the condition.

This can be a hardware or a ios software problem. Need to contact the cisco tac.

Can you let us know the line card for which you are getting these errors, IOS version and the SUP engine.

90% it should be hardware issue.
