Hi..
I gotta issue in ma switch WS-C6506-E, any possibilities to resolve tis issue ?? As even the user impact s there Didn't rebooted since as switch is in critical network, on top of that incase of minor error vanish-off in rebooting, whereas here we facing major error on both primary vs secondary switch, any suggestion would be great and most welcome...

There is no way around it you are going to take some downtime. Get a show tech and open a tac case , most likely the supervisor will have to be replaced , make sure they send you the new supervisor , pfc, and msfc cards . They like to send them separate so you may have to put them together , usually there is instructions. Also check and make sure all power supplies and inputs look ok .
