Monitor Port session in Nexus 7000 Command

My monitor session in Nexsu is not working and it shows "state             : down (Session admin shut)" . what isi the easy way to bring the session up The ports show up and dedicated.

I had the same problem but in my case Netflow (sflow) was configured on my Nexus switch. On Cisco Nexus 9300-EX/FX/FX2 platform switches, SPAN, and sFlow cannot both be enabled simultaneously. If one is active, the other cannot be enabled. Remove all sflow configuration or disable sflow feature.
